Platform access
Catalog access does not create a property right. Genxis may correct data, change availability, reject an applicant, pause a property, or decline a reservation before an executed agreement.
Reputation and termination
The intended program reserves immediate suspension and termination rights for credible fraud, deception, unlawful outreach, data misuse, provider abuse, consumer harm, unauthorized income claims, nonpayment, excessive disputes, price-floor violations, or conduct creating legal, financial, or reputational risk.
